Ordering Information
How do I place an order?
Click on the "add to your shopping cart" for each item you want to purchase. Click on
"review shopping cart" to confirm your purchase. When you are ready to complete your
transaction, click on "checkout."
Methods of payment
You may use the following methods of payment: - Visa - Mastercard - Discover -
American Express.
Do I pay tax?
ERBE WEB Media is located in the State of New York. If you live in the State of New York,
we are required to charge you your local tax on your purchases.
How will I know that my transaction has been accepted?
We will immediately e-mail you a confirmation with total amount of charge.
I have a question about a product. Who can I speak with and when?
Please call our customer service line during normal business hours. Monday thru Friday
10am-6pm EST. at 212-840-1815 or e-mail us at customerservice@erbespa.com with
where and when we can reach you.
When is my credit card charged?
When you place the order. If for any reason we are unable to immediately ship your
order, we will contact you via email as to the estimated duration and reason for the
delay.
Credit Card Security
All information sent over the internet is encrypted to assure privacy via SSL Certificate. If
you prefer to order over the phone, please call our store at 212-840-1815 during regular
business hours. Monday thru Friday, 10-am-6pm Eastern time.

Can I check on the status of my order?
We will inform you via e-mail when your purchase is mailed. You may contact us at
customerservice@erbespa.com for an accurate update. We will respond the same day.
Shipping information
Most items ship out within a day. You will be informed immediately via e-mail if there is
any delay, and why. We ship Monday through Friday except during holidays. See the
chart below for time required for receiving shipments.

Ground Shipping
Shipping prices are based on weight, location and speed as determined by USPS.com
International Shipping
ERBE Skin Care does ship anywhere in the world via United Parcel Service. Simply type in
your postal code and the name of your country and the website will automatically
provide the charge you will incur for international shipping.
Rush Shipping
We will gladly expedite shipping. USPS offers 2nd day and overnight shipping. The cost is
automatically configured when you make your selection. Please take into consideration
that it takes a day to get your shipment to our shipping facility. Also, weekends, USPS
does not pick up.
Gift Wrapping
There is no additional charge for wrapping of gifts. Request wrapping in the appropriate
section of the order form.
Gift Certificates
Gift cards can be enclosed with any gift. Please stipulate the verbiage in the appropriate
section of the order form.
Returns and Exchanges
All sale merchandise can be exchanged for merchandise of equal or greater value only.
If you need to return or exchange an item, please follow these instructions:
Request a return authorization number by clicking here and filling in the form. You will
receive your return authorization number via email within 48 hours of your request. It is
important to remember that returns must be made within 14 days from the date of
receipt.
Make sure your name, address and return authorization number are stated clearly on the
return address portion of the package. If you ship from a mailing center, they typically
use their address, so be sure to request that your address be featured.

Please enclose a note with your email address plus any further instructions you want us
to have, your credit card number and expiration date. You will receive an email in return
with your refund receipt. Enclose the credit card number and expiration date of the card
used to purchase the item. Merchandise must be in new condition with the price tag
attached and accompanied by the original receipt. Reduced merchandise, lingerie,
swimwear, beauty products, jewelry and hats are final sale. If your merchandise is
damaged or defective, we will gladly reimburse your shipping charges.
When will a refund appear on my bill?
We will refund your account immediately upon receiving your return.
