In order to return items we must receive a notification of return and a Return Authorization number. You may notify us either by phone at (212) 966-1455 or e-mail at info@erbespa.com. All returns must be received, by iERBE Skincare, within 14 days of customer receipt. Your Return Authorization number must be clearly written on your return form in order for it to be accepted for a refund or exchange. Please include your original receipt in the returned package. We will not accept any returned items without an RA number.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition in their original packaging.

You will be refunded for the full item price, S & H are Not included.
